Campus Health Center to host flu clinic

The Campus Health Center will host a flu clinic at the Mike Ilitch School of Business on Oct. 17 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The Campus Health Center will provide flu shots to all WSU students at no out-of-pocket charge. This means the health center will bill insurances of students who have it, but students will not be charged for anything that their insurance doesn’t cover. If students do not have insurance, they will not be charged. Faculty and staff will have a $35 fee if insurance does not cover the immunization.

Visit the health center's website to complete the Flu Outreach Consent form before arriving at the clinic. When coming to the registration table in room 229 of the business school, students, staff and faculty need to bring the consent form, their insurance card--if they have one--a WSU One Card and their governmental issued ID.

Walk-ins are also welcome. Blank copies of forms will be available at registration if you need to fill them out at the event.
