Business students invited to participate in HackWSU 2017 hackathon

The Wayne State University Innovation Warriors invite all Mike Ilitch School of Business students to HackWSU 2017. The third annual 36-hour hackathon is May 19-21 in the Undergraduate Library. 

HackWSU is an open hackathon that invites every hacker, from newbie to seasoned pro, to "come get your tech on" in the heart of Detroit. It’s organized by Innovation Warriors, AngelHack, local Detroit tech partners and Wayne State University students entrepreneurs, faculty and staff.   

All levels of coders, designers and entrepreneurs (age 11 and up) are welcome. Prizes worth thousands of dollars from AngelHack, Amazon, HP, Venture for America and more will be awarded.

Attendees should bring a laptop, tools for their project and a sleeping bag. Food and beverages will be provided for the full 36 hours. The event is completely free. Tech coaches will be on hand to help with projects.
