Marqueta Welton appointed Deputy County Manager
Marqueta Welton (B.A., ’81) was promoted to Durham County’s Deputy County Manager by Mike Ruffin, the county’s manager. Welton will oversee economic development for the county as well as its health and human services and public safety functions.
