Win up to $1000 in Alpha Kappa Psi public speaking competition
Interested in showcasing your public speaking skills for a chance to win up to $1,000? The Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity is hosting its 2nd annual Public Speaking Competition on Saturday, April 7, starting at 9:30 a.m. in the Mike Ilitch School of Business Prentis Building Rooms 25 and 27. All Wayne State students are invited to participate.
Participants can speak on one of the following topics:
- If you could work on solving only one of the world's greatest problems, what would it be and why?
- Why did you choose your field of study?
- What are the biggest trends you see defining the future of your industry?
First prize is $1,000; second prize is $500; and third prize is $250.
