2018 Mike Ilitch School of Business 25 Under 25 winner

B.S. in Global Supply Chain Management expected May 2018

A former teaching assistant at the Mike Ilitch School of Business, Brent Steinacker coordinated study sessions and prepared lectures for 83 students for Management 2530 (Organizational Behavior). He will be working in purchasing at Ford Motor Company after graduation.

Brent has made the Ilitch School Dean's List in each of his semesters at Wayne State and maintains 4.0 major GPA. He was selected to participate in the Weber State University Supply Chain Case Challenge this past February and helped Wayne State secure first place overall in the competition.

When Wayne State University Police Department Officer Collin Rose was killed in the line of duty in November 2016, Brent started a crowdfunding campaign to raise money for Rose's fiancée. The campaign ended up raising over $80,000 and counting. Brent continues to volunteer with the Collin Rose Memorial Foundation, and remains an outspoken advocate on behalf of the WSUPD and the greater law enforcement community across the United States.

He's worked as an audio-visual technician and social media manager for AV Squared since 2014.
