David Michail

B.S. in Accounting expected May 2018
David Michail is a senior in the Mike Ilitch School of Business accelerated MBA program (AGRADE), and has made the Dean's List in each of his semesters at Wayne State.
David has diverse work experience. He and his brother started Medical Outreach Group, a nonprofit that provides medical supplies and equipment to healthcare facilities in need. David's accounting background allowed him to register the nonprofit as a 501(c)(3). Since 2013, Medical Outreach has raised and donated close to $1 million worth of medical supplies for clinics around the Metro Detroit area.
He completed an internship in China, where he got to travel the areas of Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong, and sat in on critical business meetings with suppliers. He also worked for five years at Michail & Associates, an accounting firm in Troy, Michigan.
Last summer, David was an audit and tax intern for KPMG in Detroit, and he was selected to be an audit intern this upcoming summer for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) at its Detroit office.
